This issue duplicates:

~~VWR-6328~~ Request for "Tools" menu to not auto-hide.

Description

With the most recent SL version, my "tools" menu has disappeared. It used to be on the top left of my screen along with File, edit, view, etc.

This is by design, it autohides now, see ~~VWR-6328~~ for bringing it back.
