i just did buy this videocard afther my geforce 4MX card was no longer suported.
I did update my videodrivers for the Sapphire HD 3850
i did clear my cache
i did uninstall all versions of SL and install the 1.19.1.4 version

i do crash in 5 minutes everytime and have also problems with the avatar, i see the avatars half invisible
when i open the preference menu the screen shows also some differend color blocks.

Hope there more people with this problem so it can be resolved soon, cause it is the best videocard availeble in AGP and should be supported by SL.

[ As you can see, Second Life is corrupting textures on the ATI HD 3850 card. There should not be any bump-mapping on the wall textures. ]
