When I first send or receive money, I get the dialog. If I then receive a Group notification, that notification is drawn over the money dialog, as expected. Then when another money transfer is made, the first dialog gets pulled forward, so I then have 2 money dialogs first, and finally the notification.
This may actually be a feature, but iirc, the behavior was different before 1.15, the dialogs always were shown in the way they were received, so as in how I explained above, money-notification-money.

Money dialogs on screen still pile up as they should, but then when a Group Notice comes in (and in my case, more money dialogs over that), once you click the Group Notice away all dialogs underneath it appear gone! They only reappear whenever you get a new money dialog or regular, scripted dialog.
Now the order the dialogs are received isn't messed up anymore, but if in that re-appeared pile of dialogs another Group Notice is hidden, again, all money dialogs underneath appear gone until you receive a new dialog.
