starting 4/30/08 Club Loco Vips started getting a 30 min delay from the time you send the IM till the time it actually hit the chat window starting 5/1/08 no one can send Club loco Vips group IMs from any region the IM window for the group opens with no error messages once you type the text hit enter nothing happens no test gets too the actual chat window ,, have tryed this from 10 different regions and nothing , have had 20 different members of that group try to im it and nothing .. so its the actual group itself
