Linden Sea is Black (water only, not the land or terrain under the water)

Water appears as black in all regions. Unable to change it with the sliders so appears to be a rendering issue. Other items appear to not be drawing consistently, sometimes things show up when they should and sometimes they do not. Colours appear off. Things were fine in the previous release but this problem also appeared in the release prior to THAT.
