Linden Lab Issue ID: DEV-16341

 Description  « Hide
With new RC 2, Second Life 1.20.2 (85278), the whole system freezes after logged into SL.

Login works correct, then immediately the graphics go "wild", colour chances, view is distorted, then the whole system freezes. I am not even able to restart X or go into terminal mode.

Because of the graphic issues I suppose I have something to do with the Nvidia drivers.

I use Ubuntu 8.04 (Hardy Heron) with the NVIDIA 169.12 driver from the Ubuntu repos.

I didn't have this issue with the former RC 1 (84989) nor have with the current stable release 1.19.1.4.

This is resolved for me since RC4.

RC4 and RC5 work fine for me again, without crash.

Thanks for letting us know, Suzan, that the problem resolved in a later iteration.
