I'm not sure if Performance is the right component but here is a list of problems that I experienced during my short time on the RC viewer today:

Involuntary jumping/flying: without trying to move my avatar, it nonetheless jumped/flew in the air only to be brought down when i clicked on the "stop flying" button

Sticky camera: often the camera would stop moving with my avatar... i would just see myself walk off out of sight

Groups do not appear in group list: with this viewer, SL indicated that i did not belong to any groups

Avatar has no eyes: this was visually the freakiest thing: even though my inventory confirmed that my avatar was "wearing" eyes, it appeared to only be empty black eye sockets (ewww). I thought a waiting for everything to load or re-logging would fix this problem, but no.

Crashes crashes crashes: the viewer did not seem stable at all, the three times i logged on with using this version it crashed on me within 10 minutes.
