Beacons for scipting objects turned on at width 4, moving avatar inworld

Viewer freezes, then goes to black screen.
Windows reports that graphics device drivers crashed and were restored.
Viewer closes with "abnormal progamm termination" notification.

I get same problem with the video drivers crashing. But first movement becomes jerky as if there is some sort of memory leak going on.

I experience the same sort of crash on my first and only time using this Dazzle/RC version, much as described above, including the black screen and notification from OS (Windows Vista) that the graphics device driver had crashed. My video system is virtually identical to that of the original reporter.

The crash occurred about 5 minutes after logging in, when I was doing nothing in particular – standing still and engaging in an IM conversation. The secondlife.log file doesn't show anything extraordinary at its end – it just cuts off abruptly in the midst of logging a series of INFO: process_improved_im events.

Yes.... this happens to me as well... along with people turning into random textures... i have noticed that this only happens when i am not looking at any people, and when i have non default beacon settings.... and only on nvidia that aren't very recent and only on windows, oh and only when walking or flying.. i cannot.. recreate exactly but i notice it alot
