Was required to download new viewer today when logging in, so I downloaded it and tried to run it. It froze without getting as far as the login screen. I had to reboot my computer as the viewer was Not Responding and I could not end it. I started viewer again and was prompted to send a crash report which I did, then the viewer froze again and was Not Responding, and I had to reboot the computer again. I emptied the cache folder and uninstalled and reinstalled. I tried to run the viewer again, bypassed the prompt to send a crash report, and the viewer froze again. Once again I had to reboot. I can't get this viewer to run. Thanks.
