Users can not download snapshots or textures with current Release Client despite being the creator or having full permissions on them.

Recently while using the 1.19.1 release candidate viewer I tried to download a snapshot I had uploaded and found the "Save Texture As..." option in the File Menu was not available. This seems to be a bug in the latest viewer because I was able to download the snapshots fine after switching back to the current 1.19.0 viewer. With more investigation, I found this problem seems to extend to textures I had uploaded as well as any .

To reproduce:
1.Find a snapshot or texture in your inventory that you have uploaded.
2.Open snapshot or texture
3.Open file menu to find, despite being the creator of the snapshot/texture or having full permissions, that the "Save Texture As..." option is still grayed out.
