The Second Life Mentor Groups have too many errors, every few minutes there is an error, even when someone else speaks.
The IM closes and we miss important help requests and information.
It is hards for Lindens to monitor with so many errors.

Most affected groups in this order:

Second Life Mentor
Second Life Mentor Q&A
Second Life Apprentice Mentor

These really need fixing for usability and to help us help others, at OI's HI's and just in general.

This is a critical issue - the Group IM is becoming too unreliable to be properly useful; the "error" delays are irritating, but that's not the main point I think, it's when the whole session becomes "lost", either for individuals (without them necessarily noticing for a long time), or for the whole group.

not going to close this issue, but this is not an issue specific to these groups, many large groups are also having this issue where before you can even see what was said, the group chat fails. I'll see if there's general report elsewhere on jira.

I've received no messages from the above-named groups for days now, nor can I send messages to them.
