Attach To... from inventory ignores selected postion and attaches to stored location.

When I select an attachement and attempted to attach by Right Clicking and selecting Attach To, even though I select a different body part, it always goes to my right hand. This is happening to items I've always been able to attach to other body parts before... this happens in Dazzle When I revered to the old version of the SL viewer, objects/attachements attach to the correct ava part.
