Looks like this issue has been solved in 1.19.1 (0); it also duplicates http://jira.secondlife.com/browse/VWR-4843 and I think it can be safely closed.

As I noted in VWR-4843 this is still not working correctly as of 1.20 RC 4.

VWR-4843 is really the best place to talk about this. I'm going to resolve this as a dupe.
