It would be good if we had the ability to add someone to a conference which has already started, easilly.
If they crash through it, or come online after it starts, instead of starting a new one with everyone, add them in.

Worth mentioning here, currently you can add users to an existing conference by dragging their calling card into it.
However, past experiences seemed to indicate that if a user gets disconnected, attempting to add them back to the conference may not work. So there may be problems, and it could certainly be more discoverable, but part of the work may be done.

Linking mine as a duplicate because its too much alike VWR-10386 . The only difference was mine was relating to non friends and w/o the use of calling cards. Day Oh's comment is correct that droping a calling card into a conference adds the person but how the heck do regular residents even know thats possible? I sure didn't
