 Description  « Hide
When you go to group list, it say's that you are in 0 Groups, but if you search a Group you own it will say you are still in it, in search.
If you try to join one, it still wont show in your group List.
When the Groups are not working/showing the Group IMs fail.
This isnt constant and it shows sometimes.

Yuppers, I had this issue too. Fixed with a relog, though.
Using the newest RC, same as Meghan.

Been reading the Transcript on Traige, but I can't attend them atm so will just comment now.
Relog does solve this Bug, and this Bug is not consistent, however relog does not solve the whole problem, just in that instance.
This could be a issue upon login, where information is not being sent as you log in properly.
It is not related to clear cache as far as I have found.
If you join another group, while it lists as 0, the group does not appear untill you relog.
Group chat fails (When someone else starts it) when it lists 0, even though you are still in the group, and if you use search and search the group, and your set to show in the group then you will be listed as in that group.

Happy hunting : P

Missed you all at Triage

Having the same problem. No groups in the goupslist but I cann see them all in my profile.
Clear the cash does not help,
Running on 3 different computers (Vista/XL/Win2000) same thing on everyone.
Same problem with 1.19.1.4, 1.19.0(5) and 1.20.7 (87883) Release Candidate.

Hi RiaLtx,

Have you tried updating to the latest Release Candidate? Also, does this happen all/each time you are in SL?

Feldspar Millgrove added a comment - 26/Dec/08 09:20 PM
I see no groups at all in the Communicate/Contacts/Groups tab,
even though I belong to many. This happens every time, 100%.

It only happens on one of my computers: SL 1.21.6 (and other
versions as well), XP SP3. Clearing cache has no effect.
Also tried "Clear Group Cache", whatever that is supposed to be.
Relogging does not help. Is not specific to a particular account.
Happens in all regions all the time.

The thing that is different about this computer is the network firewall.
Is there some information about groups that happens over a different
connection or something - could this problem be network related?

(My other computer is a Mac and never has this problem.)
This is not new – been happening for many months.
