The white text on a light blue background is the Community Standards Critical Message not the TOS.

I think the whole Dazzle concept is illegible in itself and distracting rather that helpful.
Dazzle's color scheme need to be completely rethought for a non intrusive one and contrasts need to be revisited.
LL design has a serious tendency to make all text 10%-20% too light.

I don't know if you are aware of it Coco, but the Mac standard gamma is 1.8 and PC/TV is 2.2.
For what it's worth, I personally design with a 2.0 gamma to have a mid range visual between the two platform.
If you look at your design in 2.2 gamma (or worse on a non calibrated PC screen) and approve it that way, you're not considering Mac users enough. E.g. A light gray has to be legible to a Mac user with a 1.8 gamma.

Anyway, if this thing is about to be released as is, you better be prepared for a massive negative feedback with calls to revert back as soon as deployed, just like the communicate window case.
