include Solaris platform in llstartup.cpp. We need to determine how query_map['os'] is used and if a grid change is also required.

If you use the openal patch, you'll need the llstartup patches in 1.20.14.0. Note that if you don't take the openal patch, the version from 1.19 works fine.

openal is going in presently. I'll import the non-openAL sections in hopes of reducing the size of your active patch set since you never use fmod anyway. Please reopen this or submit another JIRA against me directly if the set is incomplete.

Fixed in 1.23.4, released on 06/15/2009.
