VWR-4580 Property lines are visible through avatar, objects and through ground.
After the prior upgrade to Windlight, Property Lines changed their behaviour. Now, if i stand facing a property line, the line overlays my avatar (and any other object between me and the actual line location as well).
I attach a screen shot where this is visible.
