llTargetOmega is not working. I have a merry-go-round ride that has always worked perfectly until now. But now when the start is clicked, the ride just sits there.

If the ride is edited and moved while the start is clicked... it then works. Otherwise, llTargetOmega is not working properly. When stop is clicked it stops, but then will not restart again.

This is not a scripting issue; this ride has worked fine until recently. I have triple-checked the script, and have re-rezzed a new ride. Same results.

Addendum: apparently this problem has occurred just within the last couple of days.

This is by no means a duplicate of the other issue, nor is it resolved. The issue you referenced was filed in March of last year. This is a new issue, that came about since the release of 1.19. How do I know this? Because right after I filed this JIRA I logged into SL and learned that LL is aware of this issue, is aware that it is caused by 1.19, and is working toward trying to locate the problem.

Perhaps your company should work more toward letting the right hand knowing what the left hand is doing. I see too many JIRA filings marked as "duplicate" and "resolved" when that is not the case.

They are aware because SVC-54 was reopened as an issue again in 1.19 and triaged and imported at the Bug Triage on 2/4/2008 (see http://wiki.secondlife.com/wiki/Bug_triage/2008-02-04). So this is indeed a duplicate.

Also this is a SVC (Server) issue not a VWR (viewer) issue.
