I have Crash during upload new texture in the new version of WindLight First Look Viewer: 1.19.0.79185. Please don't tell me about new drivers for the new ATI cards family.

Somebody didn't read the usage rules for the "Showstopper" tag.

Make the rules short and clear, more people read this then.

Currently there is no possibility to upload texture, means not possibility to make clothes or build something. It is enough reason to me to mark it with the highest priority. You can decrease the priority or even close it with no changes. I only report this issue and try to rise it.

bumped this to critical as firstlook is an optional viewer thus wouldn't justify a show stopper tag.

have you tried using just the 1.19.0 RC0 ? do you get the same issue?

I get this when trying to preview <some> scuplty maps but regular textures work for me. Have experienced only one crash so far. The crash I had corrupted my DNS file in Vista which prevented me from logging back in (I kept getting the invalid DNS error) and I couldn't flush the DNS so I had to reboot the Pc to get back into SL. It made me a sad panda.

Can you post a texture we can use to try to repro? Is it a specific file format?

I just tried to upload a tga in 1.19.0 (79185) and had no problems.

I have been trying to preview a texture wrapped to Male Upper for a shirt, and 1.19.0 has been crashing every time I try.

Anything else I've been uploading so far has been working with no problem.

Oh... the texture I'm trying to use for a shirt is a JPG.

I'm going to close this issue as can't reproduce if you can't find any other texture that doesn't work, my guess is the one you have is corrupted somehow.
