Description

Observed: I can see attachments on avatars that should be invisible , on myself and other users.

Zooming out the cam also shows some attachments : like hair extentions etc.

Duplicate: Unknown - i can see it from close and further distance's. i do know that it shows more often when zooming out the cam or rotating it around a avatar.

Invisible attachements when logged into world are clearly visible on self and other avatars well after an acceptable 20 minutes of being in world.
Textures which are on these attachments that are made invisible are clearly invisible with a standard grey.

This is caused by the same issue you are having with textures loading slow, in this case it is just the alpha texture loading slow. The original issue here was a Windlight issue, the viewer you listed in the other issue you re-opened is 1.19.0.5 and not Windlight.

Twenty minutes is a long time for a texture to load. Harleen's right though, what you're seeing is just ~~VWR-4164~~. The alpha texture is just loading slow. I'm resolving as a dupe.
