Environment: PC, Intel Core 2 CPU X6800 @ 2.93 GHz, Nvidia GeForce 8800GTS, 4 GB Ram; Second system: has Core 2 Duo E6850 @ 3Ghz, two 8800GTS in SLI, 4 GB Ram. Computers each have dedicated DSL.

On two different computer systems, latest Windlight viewer, concentric black bands appear surrounding entire sim. This happens in multiple sims. The bands start on horizon and band upward on sky. See picture. This happened after uploading latest viewer.

The related issue has lots of comments and a workaround, use it.
