I think that when people talk on voice chat thier avatars mouths should move

to actually do this so it doesn't look awful is prohibitively complex to do especially with the limitations of SL, voice, and avatars as all they are currently implemented.

The easiest solution would be to tie it into the existing morph based mouth positions. If the morph identifier information could be put into the audio stream (mux it into the transport) then the audio and video would be synced. Since the morph identification would be generated by the originating system it wouldn't be necessary for any extra computation to be done.

A new attach point for the lower jaw would need to be added (as the current one for the mouth is unaffected by facial animation morphs).
