recently decided to update my SL viewer from a very old version and am sad to see the Bandwidth Usage and Packet Loss meter is gone where search bar has replaced it in top right of the viewer. I Have spoke to a few folks to see their thoughts. so far no one I ahve spoke to likes that it has been removed. Would very much like to see that back on there. at the very least provide the last version it is available in on your site for people to download as an option. That Meter is a very helpful thing to have without having to load the statistics bar. most people like their screen space to be uncluttered. Personally it is very helpful in leting me know if i am still online. If i see that bandwidth meter goto 0 then i know to restart SL, now I dont know when i have lost connection. The search bar that has replaced it I find as a pointless tool. You already have the search popup window that can be used toseach for anything in SL. And please dont remove the All Search. The new first tab isnt very helpful other than being graphically pretty so to speak. It doesnt allow for searching everything like the All Search does.
