IM logging includes timestamps, which is good, but Chat logging does not, thus it can be seriously difficult to identify when something occured in game

Submitted patch addresses the issue in ~~MISC-111~~ by allowing logging of IM's to chat.log to be turned off.

Including the date would make this soo much more useful. I can see what time I said something.. just have to remember what date, month, year?

garth - The patch does include the ability to have the date included in the chatlog.

Sardonyx - The patch was submitted by me, I added it to the most relevant issue instead of creating a new issue just to hold the patch.
