Please add such features to the parcel/land management window (World->About Land...->Options Tab):

possibility to set group name for all options under "Allow other residents to:" section,

It allow better parcel/land management when you don't have parcel/land assigned (bought) to the group.

Mostly likely a meta already exists for parcel/land management.

As far as I can tell it already works this way. My land was never set to any group, so I set it to a group (not deeded, just set to group) and turned off the create objects option, my alt could only create objects on my land when wearing the group tag.

If I'm reading this right, shaq wants the ability to give, eg, build rights to one group and terraform rights to another.

Of course, this can be accomplished with a single group and different roles, which is a more streamlined way to do it in terms of system resources.
