 Description  « Hide
As currently inplemented, the master audio slider appears just above the toolbar buttons, regardless of wheather you have voice enabled or disabled, or even if you have ALL audio disabled. The controls for audio streams and video streams, on the other hand, only show up when those features are enabled and a suidable stream is available from the parcel you are in. All three controls are incapable of being moved, and often end up almost randomly placed along the bottom edge if you resize the window SL runs in. These controls frequently get in the way of HUD's that use the lower three HUD positions.

I would recommend the following changes:

1: If all audio is muted in Preferences, do NOT show the Master Volume Slider on the screen at all. Or default to it not showing, but allow a checkbox in Preferences for it to show while sound is disabled (as a means of turning sound back on).

2: Allow all three controls to be dragged along the lower edge of the screen, to any position aliong the toobar. This will allow the user to move them out of the way of their HUD's and pop-ups, or to move them closer to one another when resizing a window messes them up.

3: Possibly allow an option to position these controls at the top edge of the window, instead of the bottom.
