Many of the textures that I see that contain alpha don't render properly (Such as the one on the right) This creates many difficulties whenever I try to build. These textures don't render properly until I right click them, sometimes they never render properly at all.

(NOTE: The two textures in the attached image are identical)

I've seen this as well! I think it has to do with some textures oddly getting rendered with only 256 colors, which causes them to look "posterized". I think there might be another issue for this.
