FPS used to update even when viewer was not in foreground. Now it doesn't.
What this done intentionally? FPS drops a bit when the viewer loses focus, because a 40ms sleep kicks in. But I want to see that happen.
I just don't want to believe that this happened because of the lag meter. Which turns green when the viewer is in the background. You set the sleep to 40, instead of calculating fps, you set it to 50, and you have a green client light in the lag meter. Oh, statistics now show your fake FPS? No problem, disable it while in background. Please don't tell me this is what happened...
