To be more actionable, this should really be broken down into a lot of bite-size discrete proposals.

I'd suggest this would be good for a discussion on sldev, or the issue should be closed.

It's a sub-category of the meta-issue VWR-3234, intended for organisational purposes only. It just currently hasn't seen any participation. I just felt it would be a good way to organise different categories of work being undertaken under the meta-issue, I'm still hoping more people will participate or I actually find time to start work on things myself so I can start filling some of the areas out with issues that I discover and intend to improve or need help improving.
