Not sure if this is a bug, but this doesn't seem right. My water looks better without Windlight. When I select "High" or "Ultra" option under Preferences > Graphics to test out the new features, the waters look plain, with no realistic waves, light or reflection. However, if I select Custom and deselect "Atmospheric Shaders", the water looks a little better and I can see reflections.
