Currently griefers drop items that spam animation requests. The request windows
block a part of the screen
steal window focus (so typing is impossible)
To prevent that or at least to make it come to a stop the number of windows for any kind of request should be limited, e.g 10, any futher request should get discared silently, until the user makes room for a new window by closing an existing one.
