Once VWR-2947 and VWR-2948 are complete (moving Advanced menu into XUI), there will be no need for the Advanced menu creation code in llviewermenu.cpp. So, it should be removed.

Was there a patch you meant to attach, or is this something that's not written yet.

I never got around to this part. It doesn't need to be done for the other patches to function, but there's no need to have the old code hanging around anymore.

There's a good chance I'll get to this as I work on Imprudence; I'll post a patch if I do. In the meantime, the only thing hurt by leaving the old code in place is cleanliness.
