I go into my inventory to wear a prim item and it tells me it is missing from database, but yet it is in my inventory. This also happens when I try to put furniture out, rez a tree or any thing like that. Sometimes I go log or change sims, and the item attaches, or wears. Then again, that doesn't always work. Sometimes it comes back after a few days of trying and some of the items have never come back after several month. Right now out of 25k worth of items, about 35% of the items still have issues.
