Windows Vista, lots of memory and disk. Fast connection with little packet loss.

Last couple of days. If I request a teleport, the viewer connects to the new server, but all I can see is my avatar standing in open space. Minimap shows others around me but nothing rezzes. After a while the AV disappears, shortly later the viewer crashes. Relogging usually takes me to the correct place as if nothing was wrong.

Possibly similar to bugs reported against cancelled teleports some months back, except that I am not cancelling mine.

I cant see any recent reports from others so this may be unique to me.

Tried using 1.18.3 RC instead, but same fault occurs. Tried clearing cache, no change. Open to other suggestions.

Also tried with an Alt, same effect so it isn't account based.

i can confirm this issue. in the last two weeks at least 50% of teleports result this situation. sometimes i have to relog 6 times in an hour. i notice it most when i have been in a high lag sim for more than ten minutes. then a teleport out is not completed and a relog is necessary

I have been having the same issue with 100% of my TP's since I got my new laptop with Windows Vista Premium mid August 2008....please resolve this, it is really frustrating...

EDIT: Viewer 1.21.6 has been released. Would reporters please test the new Viewer.

If you still have the issue please add your comment and vote to SVC-3259 and include your full computer environment, Help > About Second Life, and the router and ISP you are using.
