 Description  « Hide
I have noticed at least since 1.17 First Look (and now in the main viewer), that occasionally when turning the avatar or panning the camera, the viewer will totally freeze up for a minute or more, sometimes causing loss of sim server connection, while voice continues to work (except for PTT). Sometimes the titlebar and taskbar show (Not Responding) and when it clears up, the taskbar still shows (Not Responding).

i am having similar issues, with this latest viewer, it appears to be the voice viewer only though, as i don't have these problems on the pre-voice viewer that i run occasionally on a different compueter. evironment:
winxp
athlon64 x2 3600+
2 gigs ram
256 meg ati radeon x1950gt

this seems to lock my entire system, not just the viewer, was wondering if this is a reoccurrance of the memory leak bug, or if it was just fluching to disk what SL is keeping in the cache, as the disk usage and processor usage spikes momentarily for the first few seconds, and then 30 seoncds later, the computer is usable again.
