I've noticed people find it a bit annoying, when they put on a "Tattoo," that's most likely a shirt or undershirt layer (and others) that it removes some parts of clothing and outfits. I think it would be a great addition for an entirely new clothing layer called "Tattoo's," specifically for tattoo's. So it doesn't remove parts of outfits, and works more seamlessly with content creators. I'm sure there are others out there that feel the same way about this.
