Teleport Error!

I have been having some serious issue with teleporting for the past four days. Where I go too teleport to Regions each time there is no "Contacting Region" it loads for about 2 minutes then "Crashes" telling me I've been logged offline and disconnected from Region. I've done all things possible too solve this issue myself:
-Clearing Caches
-Uninstalling
-Reinstalling
-Update verison 1.23.5 (including the Emerald Viewer)
-Reboot Computer
-Cleaned out computer
Still nothing has solved this issue. I would greatly Appreciate if something can be done with this issue before I invest anymore money into this Account. Thank You

VWR-15939pleaseTry double-clicking the clock in the Windows system tray (in the lower-right corner of the screen), and verify the FULL date and time. It's possible that your secure login is failing due to an incorrect date/time on your computer.
Try unplugging your router for one minute and then plugging it back in.
Please run the TraceRoute test to check for network connection issues, How do I check for packet loss (network lag)?
Please try restoring to default settings without reinstalling Second Life, by moving all of your existing settings files to a different, temporary directory. Next time Second Life starts, it will create a new, default set of settings files. Your settings files can be found in the following location:
Before you log into Second Life please Clear the Cache from Outside Second Life
You can check the Disk Cache location from the login screen Edit > Preferences > Network.
and let your Inventory fully load.
