"some times" (allmost every 2nd minute) the prims that are staning in-world turns into triangles that has the 2 sides of the triangle hanging onto the place where the prim originally where and then the tip of the triangle points at me. and it sometimes helps right-clicking on them

Please see VWR-3258 and add your comments and vote.
Please also check with your Graphics Card manufacturer for an updated version of the graphics drivers. ATI have recently released Catalyst 9.4 OpenGL 2.1.8577. There are some issues with this Catalyst, please see the links on Meta Issue VWR-12080, so you might like to try Catalyst 8.12 OpenGL 2.1.8304.
Turning off WindLight rendering.
2. If you still see glitches, try to disable 'Vertex Buffer Objects' (VBO)
An extra step that can help (in some cases) is to turn off VBO. This is done in the Hardware Options of your Graphics preferences, because this is a setting on your graphics card.
Here's how
1. Run Second Life from your desktop. You don't have to log in.
2. Open Edit menu > Preferences...
3. Click on the Graphics tab.
4. Click on the button for Hardware Options. Now, look for the fourth option, Enable VBO: Set this to be UNchecked. This means it is turned off.
