1. when enabling openGL Vortex Buffer Objects all graphic collapse in the second life browser window (pic 1)

2. graphic return to normal after VBO was disable. (pic 2)

I got this issue after installing late driver for the catalyst ATI driver AKA: 9-3_1_legacy_xp32-64_dd_ccc

BUG OBSERVED: I return to version 1.22 after having serious issues with textures loading slow and objects/avatar not rendering properly with version 1.23.4, however after the upgrade of my ATI driver I notice the VBO issue, which I did not had before update. the bug is clearly caused by enabling the VBO as disappear if VBO is disable

I read in other post here in JIRA that ATI card has serious compatibility with SL viewers, so my question is, can you pleas recommend a better card for my system which make SL look good? TY

here, is like this:
