While taking a saved to harddrive snapshot, I crashed. upon relogging,my avatar remaaind in a cloudy state. i cleared the cache and relogged. i repeated this procedure a few times, but to no avail. I then read any jiras i could find on the issue, and attempted the fixes suggested (ie changing the graphics sliders down to their lowest settings etc); these also did not work. i left SL alone for a few days, and now it has been a week and i still have a cloudy avatar. I tried both the SL viewer and Emerald, with the same result. I know the last step suggested was to submit a ticket, but not having a pay account, means that LL will not help me. i kind of feel that is not right but I don't know what else to do. I hope someone can help me fix this
