everytime my members use our group chat we get this [15:31] Starting session with _{The Lost Souls}, please wait.
Follwed by a pop up box say unable to tart a new chat session with _{The Lost Souls} Error makin request please try again later .

I run a roleplay family an group chat is essential for us please can you resolve this issue for us
