Whilst trying to ban 15 griefers, it was discovered that our ban list (500 total) was full up. Since we have four sims, one would assume we could go to 2000, but no, 500 is the limit. Hence as one of the five busiest places in SL (fide Rezzables); we have a lot of problems with silly people and a full list at all times. The only way to manage this list is manually. There is no way to export it to anything but a very tiny window that refreshes to A whenever anything is done to it. Because cut/copy/paste does not work on the ban list, we have to type in the names one-by-one on search window. This let's us "clean" the list to make room for new silly people, that "expired" or "removed" residents of SL names still show in the ban list. I typed 125 names yesterday and found eight expired names. This took about 2.5 hours. Reproduce this Pathway ------ >> Arrive in sim >> Open Estate Tab >> Open Ban List >> Pick a letter & start typing names in search. Approximately every 15 names on our list you can find one that is "expired" or not showing on Search/All or the WHat key listing. (Note: you won't find any from S to Z, they were taken out yesterday, I could provide you a list of the removed ones.) Expected ------ (a) System would autopurge removed accounts (b) System would permit cut/copy/paste of ban list information for more facile data management (c) System would provide 500 name ban list per sim, not 500 names per sim owner. (d) System could be expanded for sims over certain traffic numbers (i.e. very busy sims)
