SVC-1509 Error message when starting and posting to a group IM session

-cant send and or when recieving! I get the message "unable to start a new chat session with "whatever group sent it" the session no longer exists. Major set back to getting a group known and people to come! When I recieve a group IM from any group that pops up and I am unable to even read what they wrote. As for my groups it wont send until after serveral attempts.
