SInce I upgraded to last SL version :
1- some parts of my avatar suddenly disapear, so I can see through my avatar (but my SL wife see my av ok). I have to use "appearance" to fix it.

2- 3 sets of balls disapered in our house, we had paid for that, that is upsetting

Thank you

I am having the same problem since upgrading to 1.23.4: when I remove clothing, my avatar has transparent areas that appear to be in a regular pattern, something like a tattoo. I can see right through those areas, which constitute, perhaps, 25 to 30% of the area of my avatar. As I result I returned to the previous viewer.

This is not the same as the problem described in VWR-14235, and elsewhere, in which the entire avatar of some, but not all, other users appear invisible while the prims attached to them remain visible. In this case, only parts of the avatar are invisible, as if an alpha channel texture had been applied. I did not see this problem until upgrading to the 1.23.4 viewer. I have observed the VWR-14235 problem in earlier viewer releases.

My system details:

CPU: Intel Pentium 4 (Unknown model) (3010 MHz)
Memory: 3072 MB
OS Version: Microsoft Windows XP Service Pack 2 (Build 2600)
Graphics Card Vendor: NVIDIA Corporation
Graphics Card: GeForce 8800 GTS 512/PCI/SSE2
OpenGL Version: 3.0.0
