View the screenshots and you'll see the problem right away. Newest viewer doesn't renders some of my sculpted prims AT ALL.

There are no steps to reproduce this bug.

See if increasing Advanced>Debug Settings>RenderMaxNodeSize to 8192 and waiting about 30 seconds solves the problem. See VWR-13868 and VWR-14049.

Great so from my understanding, if I understand this correctly is that every visitor to my cave will have to be familiar with the debug settings to see my cave properly?

Don't mark my issue as resolved unless you have a permanent fix, using the debug menu is not a permanent fix.

Harleen Gretzky added a comment - 19/Jun/09 11:26 AM
It was not resolved as fixed it was resolved as Needs more Info awaiting your confirmation that the debug setting is the cause. Per the JIRA Posting Instructions.

Resolved
This is an implicit assignment back to the reporter of the issue. It is not closed yet, but rather in a state of limbo that depends on the resolution. It's up to the Reporter to decide whether to reopen an issue, or close it.

Needs More Info

From your comments here and on the main issue this is a duplicate of VWR-13868, please vote and leave further comments on the main issue.

What more information is needed? You have the screenshots and you have my system build, there is no steps for a repro you only have to look at the screenshots to see the issue.

Not all users are technical-minded, they're not going to know to look in the Advanced menu for the debug settings. Even if the settings worked (which they do) it is not a viable fix. It's a temporary workaround.

I can confirm the debug settings worked but I wouldn't recommend this as fixing the issue.
