Voice almost never works, I log in and the button to talk is simply greyed out, I can't talk or see voice dots above people's heads or hear anyone else. EXTREMELY rarely (like once a week) It will decide to work, will randomly turn on, showing the button not greyed out and dots appearing, or working when I log in, but it will quit seemingly at random, and there's nothing I can do to make it work when I want to. I've tried launching the voice client manualy, tried enabling and disabling voice multiple times, tried rebooting SL, nothing works, its like it simply has a mind of it's own and decides when it wants to work or not. I have no compatibility issues, voice used to work perfectly for me until the last two patches, downgrading my SL viewer version changes nothing, the release candidate viewers don't help. I Hate this sooooo much, I love voice, I used to talk on it all the time, this dramatically decreases my enjoyment of the game, and I don't understand why it no longer works, something has changed with the client, or servers or something, because I never had the problem before and my machine is the same. I Run a tight ship, and have no viruses or background running worms or resource hogging things, as people have suggested this, I am a competent trouble shooter and computer user, and have been using SL for more than 3 years, its not some foolish easy fix that I haven't tried. I have friends who have no problems with voice, and others who have the exact same problem, I get no response or have my threads closed when I try to open support tickets, and have seen at least a dozen other people trying to get the same problem addressed, and they get replies saying all the things I've already mentioned, which don't work, and then eventually the threads or issues are simply removed or closed, having not been resolved. I Just want voice to work, or for someone to explain what the lindens broke and why its not working like it used to, they brake things all the time, i just really miss talking to all my friends in world _
