Currently the tool tips shown when hovering over a friend in the friends list just repeats that person's name. That's completely redundant and a waste since it could be used to reveal other information such as the contents of my notes, if any, for that friend. If there are no notes for a particular friend, then it can default to showing their name as it does today. The related VWR-11208 requests the ability to rename the listings and is probably a better solution if we can only choose one though I expect this one will be simpler to implement. Also, VWR-890 which requests the ability to organize friends into folders is even better but I suspect is the hardest of all to implement. All three proposals are completely complimentary with each other in any combination.
