Good job, LandRover. I have several qustions/comments:

(1) You have translated nearly 40 XUI files out of about 140. Do you have a plan to translate others?

(2) You call your work "CHT". The current convention employed by SL Viewer is to use RFC 3066 (RFC 1766) language tagging system. I believe your language is something that is identified as zh-TW (or zh-HK, zh-MO, etc.) by the system. You should put your translation in a directory of name "zh-tw".

(3) In your file en-us/panel_preferences_general.xml, you use the word "zhengti zhongwen" (U+6B63 U+9AD4 U+4E2D U+6587). In my experience, Chinese word for a Chinese text written using traditional forms is called "fanti zhongwen" (U+7E4E U+9AD4 U+4E2D U+6587). Use of zhengti in this context looks inappropriate. Do you mind if use fanti?

1.
As of version 18-0-6, I have translated 133 of the 137 files found in en-us version into Traditional Chinese.
The following ones are ignored:
panel_settings_chat.xml (I believe that this file is to be replaced by panel_preferences_chat.xml)
panel_settings_im.xml (I believe that this file is to be replaced by panel_preferences_im.xml)
panel_settings_network.xml (I believe that this file is to be replaced by panel_preferences_network.xml)
panel_settings_web.xml (I believe that this file is to be replaced by panel_settings_web.xml)

2.
My release for version 1-18-0-6 is now put in an "zh-tw" folder.

3.
I feel "zhenti zhongwen" the best tag for a "zh-TW" version.

The term "zhengti", literally "Official Form" or "Correct Form", is used officially in Taiwan.
"fanti", literally "complex form", is acceptable in Taiwan, but considered by Taiwanese government to have some negative meaning- "complex, difficult to write, difficult to learn......", and is therefore replaced by "zhengti".

A Hong Kong or Macao user may derive a "zh-HK" version from my work, then tag it "fanti zhongwen". That is the common practice in Chinese pages on Wikipedia.

Wow! Thank you for your effort to supply complete translation! Also I appreciate your compromise on the directory name.

On zhangti vs fanti issue, I understand your concern on the use of zhengti in Taiwan area. I have no objection to use the (hanzi written) word zhengti zhongwen in zh-tw translation. The issue I concern is the use of the word in the en-us data file. Once your contributeion is integrated into the official viewer releases, it will be a part of the Linden Lab's product. I have a feeling that the English file should be as neutral as possible, and use of fanti seemed better in the context. But, if you prefer zhengti over fanti, I have no strong opinion to change it.

Great, Alissa! Thanks for all your efforts and words that had made many contributions more worthful.
It's a pity I was not able to attend the triage meeting, but a "skinning project" seems to be good news for all.
