 Description  « Hide
This crash appears to happen whenever the camera is moving. Happening quite frequently.

When the initial crash occurs, the viewer turns completely black, showing "(Not Responding)" on the top bar.

Attempts at killing the process in taskmanager have no affect, Secondlife.exe remains and refuses to exit.
Starting a new viewer will lock up the machine entirely, requiring a hard boot.

Sven, please see this article in Knowledge Base Second Life and multiple monitors

Do you have Second Life Viewer on the Primary monitor ? Do you quit Second Life before making major monitor changes ?

If you still have an issue, please add your full computer environment, Help > About Second Life [copy and paste], including the Viewer you are using and the Region(s) where you have this issue.

Also before you restart Second Life, please attach your latest SecondLife log and CrashReport to this issue. This Knowledge Base article will tell you Where do I find my Second Life diagnostic logs?

For technical, time-sensitive and/or Region/Account specific issues please Submit a Ticket with Support as per JIRA Home page They will be able to give you individual help and advice.
